Metro Boomin – Music Producer of the hip hop Future

Metro Boomin is an American record producer, songwriter, DJ, and entrepreneur from St. Louis, Missouri. He has released several mixtapes and albums, most notably with rappers such as Future, 21 Savage, and Gucci Mane. He has also executive-produced projects for artists such as Wiz Khalifa, French Montana, and Nav.

Metro Boomin first started producing beats when he was just 13 years old. He cites Lil Wayne and Young Jeezy as his biggest influences at the time. He would go on to produce for local rappers in his hometown before eventually moving to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue a career in music production full-time.

In Atlanta, he linked up with fellow producer Sonny Digital, with whom he would go on to have a successful working relationship. He also met rappers such as Future and21 Savage, with whom he would also go on to have a successful creative partnership.
